Fall is when energy transitions from yang to yin. It’s a time when the natural world starts to descend into the darker days of winter. Fall is a great time to practice yin yoga because it is naturally more quiet and slow which are both qualities to emphasize this time of year. FMY is partnering with Ripple Wellness to provide this workshop to help you transition seasons. Students will enjoy a Yin practice with 4-5 poses, followed by an extended savasana accompanied by acupuncture and massage.
