Join Tara for an hour of full-body foam rolling recovery. In this workshop, you will learn how to support your sore muscles, prevent injury and help with recovery. Tara will also provide tips on how foam rolling can be a mini workout!
Our lifestyles and jobs are mostly centered around sitting and looking down at a computer (or phone) for many hours a day these postures typically present as tightness in the upper shoulders, neck, hips, and glutes.
Students will need to bring their own foam roller and yoga mat. Tara will be teaching with a 36" foam roller. Ripple Wellness will be selling foam rollers for $33 prior to class if you do not have one of your own. It is best to wear tight-fitted clothing for this class.
